Delivery Policy – How You Receive Your eSIM

Refund & Customer Protection

The eSIM was not activated or scanned
A technical issue cannot be resolved by support
(Brazil-only) Activated eSIM shows zero or very low data usage

Refunds are not available when:

Device is not eSIM-compatible
Device is carrier-locked
Incorrect region or country selected
Coverage limitations in buildings or remote areas
Data was consumed after activation
