Delivery Policy – How You Receive Your eSIM

  • Delivery typically within minutes after payment (some suppliers may take 2–3 minutes)
  • Delivery online and via email and WhatsApp
  • QR code displayed on the confirmation page
  • Scheduled orders delivered one day before travel at 12:00 PM for future activation plans
  • Manual delivery if automated delivery fails

Refund & Customer Protection

Refunds are available when:

  • You did not receive your eSIM
  • The eSIM was not activated or scanned
  • A technical issue cannot be resolved by support
  • (Brazil-only) Activated eSIM shows zero or very low data usage

Refunds are not available when:

  • Device is not eSIM-compatible
  • Device is carrier-locked
  • Incorrect region or country selected
  • Coverage limitations in buildings or remote areas
  • Data was consumed after activation

Billing Transparency

Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal (except restricted jurisdictions), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
